That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime ISEKAI Memories has added the last Octagram Demon Lord, Deeno aka The Sleeping Ruler to the game. While anime fans only saw him sitting and sleeping, is he strong enough to be worth pulling in the game?

Despite VERY CLEARLY using a sword to hit things, [The Sleeping Ruler] Deeno is magical damage dealer whose element is wind. He has a high ATK growth and a single target Secret Skill, both of which are very welcome.

In terms of skills, this sleepyhead loves to debuff enemies. His 1st skill is a 25 (15) cost debuff which reduces a single enemy’s wind resistance by 20％ (30%) and critical resistance by 30％, both effects lasting 2 turns.

His 2nd skill is slightly more expensive, costing 35 (25) points to decrease a single target’s magic attack resistance by 25％ (35%) for 2 turns.

Deeno is the wind element support that [The Spider Witch] Treyni dreamed to be. His skills are cheap, really effective and last 2 turns! Even outside of a wind team, Deeno’s second skill works extremely well with magical damage dealers, while his first skill synergises with the many units in the game who guarantee crit rate. His first skill can also be considered a self-buff as he’ll be hitting 20/30% harder.

If you already have [The Necromancing Devil] Diablo, pulling Deeno is a no-brainer, as he’s the best teammate for him. Even if you don’t have Diablo, Deeno is still a flexible debuffer who can work in a lot of teams in Slime ISEKAI Memories while also pulling his own weight.
