With Sega Games rolling out Ver.3.0.00 for SHIN MEGAMI TENSEI (SMT) Liberation Dx2, the “Second Anniversary Festival” celebration has begun! The game will be celebrating its official 2nd year of release on 22 January 2020. To celebrate this milestone, special Summons that feature the brand new 5★ Tenma Asura Lord, and a “Lord of the ASURAS” commemorative event with the new game feature, Aura Gate SP.
There will also be login bonuses, giving Summon Tickets for the 2nd Anniversary Special Summon. It has a special lineup of only 5★ demons, and up to 200 summons from the 2nd Anniversary Free Summon.

- Mahakala Summon: Guaranteed drop of 5★ Mahakala

- Step 1 will be made available at a discounted price of 500 Gems, and Step 6 guarantees a 5★ demon

- Can be performed at a cost of 100 Gems. A bonus “Tome of Tenma × 1” will be sent to your Gift box for each summon
- There is no limit to the amount of times this summon can be performed
The summon lineup may contain demons of other races too, so check for more details in-game.
The “Lord of the ASURAS” event will take place in the Aura Gate SP. Explore through the automatically generated Aura Gate floors. “Blood Karma” will be given based on “Points” earned during the exploration, to be exchanged for “Asura Cube”. With Tenma, Fury or Brute race demons, the exploration party will have special boosts that include increased drop rate of “Blood Karma”.
Ver.3.0.00 includes Season 2 of the Story Quest, in chapter 8 to kick off the season. Clear the Intermission Epilogue to toggle between Season 1 and Season 2 on the chapter selection screen. Demons will no longer revert to Lv.1 after evolving at Pandemonium and will retain their levels instead. There is also the “Brand Auto Select” to help players equip brands on demons. Brands will also no longer be overwritten when replaced, and will be returned to your list of owned Brands.
Democalypse now has an “Auto Edit” function to help players assign demons to related battles. There are also “Personal Ranking Rewards”. Players can also save the party lineup individually for each area.
Last but not least are up to 200 Free Summons campaign, with 10 free summon daily during the SMT Liberation Dx2 second anniversary celebratory period until 30 January 2020, 6:59 PST. Login for bonuses for the anniversary from 14 – 30 January 2020 6:59 PST with rewards according to number of days logged in. 5 “2nd Anniversary Tickets” are available from the rewards for the “2nd Anniversary Festival Summon” for 5★ demon drops guaranteed.
