Having made the announcement back in February, Bandai Namco has finally followed up and released the debut trailer for Rurouni Kenshin: Kengeki Kenran.

Why a sudden Kenshin game you ask? The author of the manga series will be releasing a new Hokkaido arc this Spring, so we may be looking at some sort of tie-in. It is unclear from the trailer as to what genre the game is, although it does look like an action title from the looks of it. Also worth noting that this will be a free-to-play game with the obligatory in-app purchases. In any case, Rurouni Kenshin: Kengeki Kenran is up for pre-registration, so if you are a fan, you may want to check it out.
