As speculated, the event will take place in Revue Starlight ReLIVE, and will only be coming to the JP servers on March 17th for now. The featured characters for this event will be Daiba Nana and Hoshimi Junna, as depicted in the game’s promotional art for the event.
Similar to other Revue Starlight crossover events, the Steins;Gate collaboration will feature an appearance by Okabe Rintarou, the main character of the series. He will be fully voice acted, making him the first male non-giraffe or mascot to appear in the mobile game. since the only male sounding characters previously were The Giraffe and Andrew, Elle’s mysterious sidekick. Any male extras have all been unvoiced, not even having an avatar.
Fans of the anime will note that there was likely a deliberate choice of representative characters for this collaboration, due to Daiba Nana’s own connections to time travel. Similarly, Junna has had mad scientiest-themed cards before, with her Brilliance Fest Dr. Jekyll.
The collaboration was first teased yesterday via an image that had to be brightened, featuring a logo from Steins Gate as well as the crown from Revue Starlight.
