After months of waiting, players of Princess Connect Re:Dive global will finally get the Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World collab. The collab first ran in the Japanese version of the game back on 31 May 2019, before a rerun which took place on 10 November 2020.
The event, “Re:Zero Sharing Lunch in Another World” was announced via in-game notification and is expected to go live on 2 May 2022. You can refer to the image above.
Emilia, Ram and Rem will be available in the game as event characters. Emilia and Rem will be available as 3-star units obtainable by pulling the event banner, while Ram will be a free 1-star unit. Players can raise Rem to be a 3-star unit through the Memory Pieces obtainable through the event.
Besides Ram, the event will also offer Memory Pieces for Suzume as a reward. Like many gacha collabs with anime IPs, players will get to enjoy a new original scenario unique to the event. In Princess Connect, Emilia, Ram and Rem will have to work together with the Gourmet Guild to investigate strange disappearances. The Re:Zero girls aren’t the only characters from the light novel/anime series to appear in Princess Connect global as players can also face off against Petelgeuse Romanée-Conti as a boss.
