Konami had just last night opened pre-orders for a limited edition run of Platinum prints of the iconic Blue Eyes White Dragon, before the copies were sold out not 24 hours later.

The cards are made of pure silver, and were sold at 1000 USD (RM4115) each. Sadly, they were limited only to the Americas, EU and Latin America regions.

It features the iconic Blue Eyes White Dragon, signature monster of Yugi’s rival Seto Kaiba, with the same art it was originally depicted with in the anime as well as the Starter Deck: Kaiba.

On top of that it even has embossing on it, with each of the eight level starts seemingly sunk in to their own recesses in the card, along with the card’s name.

It’s not known how many of them were produced, the website doesn’t have much information anymore outside of the fact that the Platinum Blue Eyes White Dragon is now sold out.

Don’t expect to be running these cards in any tournaments, even if you have enough money to tribute summon it. The cards come encased in an acrylic brick, so it’d take quite a bit of effort to ruin the high quality craftsmanship just to flex on someone at a children’s card game.
