Official Love Live Channel Now Has English Subtitles for Superstar Songs

The Official Love Live Youtube Channel now features English subtitles for recent songs from the latest anime series ‘Love Live! Superstar!!’

Here is just one example of this with the opening theme for the series, ‘START!! True Dreams’:

As you can see, the subtitles clearly run along the bottom of the song, allowing non-Japanese-speaking fans to understand the lyrics behind the sweet little songs.

This may not seem like too big of a deal to some as they are just subtitles. Many of course will likely be more concerned with the actual sound of the song and choreography of the animation however is still important.

Other than people that simply want to know what the songs are saying and how they connect to the characters it also shows the Love Live franchise doing more to support international audiences that would like to have more content.

Within the comments on these videos, many fans are expressing their gratitude for the English subtitles and how they were welcomed by the fanbase.

There are still several songs from Love Live! Superstar!! that have yet to be uploaded to the Youtube channel. Hopefully, the people who manage Love Live and the Youtube channel will continue to release songs and other aspects of the franchise with English subtitles as it goes forward in the future.
