Kojima Productions has partnered with Dnsys to release an official limited edition Death Stranding 2 Exoskeleton. The Dnsys Z1 Exoskeleton Pro: Death Stranding 2 – On the Beach Edition will go on sale on the Dnsys website on December 2, with pricing and quantity revealed that day. This collaboration bridges the gap between gaming and real-world wearable technology.

AI-Powered Support for Hiking and Mobility
The exoskeleton uses AI to provide intelligent leg assistance, making hiking and walking significantly easier. In addition, Dnsys says it delivers 50% extra power per step, extends hiking range by 15.5 miles, and boosts vertical climbing by 9.3 miles.

Moreover, the device helps wearers feel up to 44 lbs lighter during vertical movements. It also offloads up to 200% of body weight from the knees, which reduces joint strain and fatigue. This combination of support and efficiency makes it ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and tech fans alike.
Design Inspired by the Game
Dnsys collaborated with Death Stranding 2 art director Yoji Shinkawa to co-design the limited edition model. As a result, it features logos from both companies and a bold, military-industrial style, incorporating in-game color palettes to mirror the game’s aesthetic.

“Exoskeletons are key in Death Stranding,” said Dnsys CEO Sage Dong. “They enhance Sam Porter Bridges’ mobility and allow him to carry heavy cargo across difficult terrain. Furthermore, this collaboration brings that concept into reality.”

He added, “Kojima is one of the most innovative studios in the world. Exoskeletons in the game and at Dnsys resonate with each other. Consequently, they aren’t just tools—they help people regain freedom and connect, whether across terrain or beyond physical limits.”
Exoskeleton Pricing and Availability

Dnsys has not confirmed the price for the Death Stranding 2 edition. However, the standard Z1 Dual Joint Pro model, on which it is based, costs $2,298 on Kickstarter. Therefore, fans of Death Stranding 2 and wearable tech can look forward to December 2 for the full reveal and pre-order details. Visit the official website for more information.
