After much deliberation, Square Enix opened up the pre-registration for the global version of NieR Reincarnation for the Android and iOS platform. This comes after the game’s director apologised for the lack of updates for this version of the game.
This was three months ago, so it would appear that they have gotten everything together for the final release. Description for NieR Reincarnation as follows via its store page:
