Neverness to Everness Opens Sign-Ups for Upcoming Co-Ex Test

Perfect World Games and Hotta Studio have announced that players can now sign up for the closed “Co-Ex Test” of Neverness to Everness.

The test will be available on PlayStation 5, PC, iOS, and Android. Players will be able to choose from nine language options: English, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, French, German, Spanish, and Russian. Voice-overs will be available in English, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese.

Neverness to Everness takes place in the city of Hethereau, where players take on the role of an “unlicensed” Anomaly Hunter. The story follows your character as they join Eibon, an antique shop that survives by accepting commissions to investigate anomalies from the public.

The game focuses on exploring a modern city where humans and supernatural elements exist side by side. Hethereau is described as a busy metropolis filled with unusual sights—from supernatural beings waiting for resident permits at the Bureau of Anomaly Control to otherworldly commuters using special abilities to get ready for work.

Players will work alongside various partners while investigating mysteries throughout the city. The game offers different ways to get around, including customizable cars for driving through city streets or riding the Ghost Train to travel through anomaly spaces.

Between missions, players can explore local shops on Hankaku Street, purchase and decorate homes, or meet members of different factions to add as friends on the game’s social platform called “Bagel.”

The game includes various story content, from main quests involving mysterious organizations and prophecies to side stories about the lives of Hethereau’s residents—including tales of a pawnshop that only appears during full moons and a lovestruck otter trying to confess his feelings. Neverness to Everness does not currently have a confirmed release date.
