Netmarble has officially opened pre-orders for its upcoming action-RPG Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE, based on the popular webtoon series. The game will launch worldwide on November 17 for Steam and Xbox PC, with console versions coming at a later date. Players who pre-order the Deluxe Edition will get three days of early access starting November 14.

Two editions are available during the pre-order campaign. The Standard Edition includes the base game, while the Deluxe Edition is available at a discounted price and includes a Deluxe Upgrade bundle with exclusive items for Sung Jinwoo including a costume, profile card, facial accessory, hairstyle, and a new pet.

Players take control of Sung Jinwoo in his monarch form and can team up with up to four players in co-op battles against challenging bosses. The game includes several key systems such as skill tree progression, parrying mechanics, the “Monarch’s Awakening” system for different playstyles, the OVERDRIVE system for powerful abilities, and the Chain Smash system for dynamic combos.

Netmarble released a Developer Note explaining their approach to the game. The development team emphasized that ARISE OVERDRIVE is a premium title where all Hunters, weapons, and growth systems can be unlocked through gameplay rather than purchases. The game features standalone systems, deep storytelling, and controls built for PC and console players. The cooperative multiplayer content supporting up to four players aims to provide different gameplay opportunities and greater challenges for teams.

Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE previously had a demo and will be available on Steam and Xbox PC on November 17, with console versions planned for release later. The game represents Netmarble’s expansion into the PC and console gaming market, bringing the beloved Solo Leveling universe to a new platform with enhanced graphics and gameplay designed for these systems.
