SEGA has revealed that Muzan Kibutsuji will join the VS Mode roster of Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles 2 through a free post-launch update. Developed by CyberConnect2 and based on Aniplex’s hit anime, the game is now available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Steam.

This update introduces Muzan in his Asakusa form, giving players a chance to wield the power of the Demon King himself. SEGA will share details on his abilities and release date in the near future.
Infinity Castle Character Pass Coming Soon

SEGA also announced a paid DLC, the Infinity Castle Character Pass. This pass will introduce more characters from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle. New fighters will join the VS Mode roster, giving players more options to create their dream matchups.
PlayStation Tournaments Support Confirmed
SEGA confirmed that the PlayStation 5 version now supports PlayStation Tournaments. Players can register for tournaments from within the game and compete online. These events will be held regularly, with winners receiving in-game rewards. For more information, visit the PlayStation Esports Guide.

Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles 2 is available digitally and physically on multiple platforms. Players can choose between Standard and Deluxe Editions, which include early unlocks, costumes, and system voices.
