We reported about the possible Monument Valley sequel two weeks ago, not a thing is confirmed yet at that time. Surprisingly, Apple drops a subtle reference to Monument Valley 2 during WWDC 2017, revealing that the sequel is now available on App Store.
The original requires you to control only one character and this time, you will be guiding a mother, Ro, and her child through the tricky puzzles. Both the original and sequel shares the same universe, but Monument Valley 2 comes with a standalone story. Therefore, you don’t need to have previously played Monument Valley to enjoy the sequel.
Monument Valley 2 is now available for $4.99 on the iOS App Store (iOS 9 or later).
