Bandai Namco and developer Supermassive Games have announced that Little Nightmares III will release on October 10, 2024, across multiple gaming platforms. The horror puzzle game will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC via Steam and Microsoft Store, and notably, the newly announced Nintendo Switch 2.
The inclusion of Nintendo Switch 2 marks the first time the upcoming console has been mentioned for the game, expanding the potential player base for this latest entry in the popular horror franchise.

Digital pre-orders are currently live for most platforms, though Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 pre-orders will open at a later date. Players can choose from several editions:
Standard Edition ($39.99) includes the base game and the Dark Six Costumes Set as a pre-order bonus. Players who pre-order will also receive Little Nightmares Enhanced Edition for free on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC. This enhanced version features 4K resolution and 60 frames per second, and is available to download immediately.
Deluxe Edition ($59.99) comes with everything in the Standard Edition plus the “Secrets of the Spiral” Expansion Pass. This expansion adds two extra chapters, the exclusive Ferryman Costumes Set, and The Residents Costumes Set, which includes outfits based on characters from previous games like The Janitor, The Twin-Chefs, The Lady, and The Hunter.

For collectors, two physical limited editions will be available:
The Mirror Edition includes the base game, soundtrack, stickers, a 12cm figurine, metal case, themed box, and art book, along with all digital pre-order bonuses.
The Spiral Edition, exclusive to the Bandai Namco Entertainment Store, features additional items like a music base, 22cm Nome controller/phone holder, and a Nome Embroidered Brooch.
With its October 10 release date set across multiple platforms, Little Nightmares III aims to bring its signature blend of horror and puzzle-solving to both new and returning fans of the franchise.
