3D Modeler (Senior, Intermediate, Junior)

In this job, applicants will be required to create 3D assets for use in games. It’s not just creating flashy megastructures though, as you’ll have to communicate with the Concept Art team and be able to produce assets based off of their concepts.

Additionally, you’ll also have to make sure your game doesn’t melt loading in these assets, so you’ll have to be knowledgeable in both low-poly and high-poly modeling to create assets that work well with the engine.

You’ll also be required to set up the skeletons for your models, for better rigging by the studio’s rigging team. This only applies to the Senior position, however.

As for software, applicants will require skill with ZBrush, Autodesk Maya, Unreal Engine and Substance Painters.

The Junior position requires minimum two years experience, though fresh graduates are still encouraged to apply.

3D Generalist

Concept Artist (Senior, Intermediate, Junior)

Concept artists job is to fully think about objects and characters in a game, and create 2d layouts for modelers to assemble in their 3D software.

Applicants will be required to do this while upholding a certain standard for Lemon Sky Studios. This means being able to produce full turnarounds for characters and objects as needed, as well as occasionally producing marketing materials for the games they work on.

Junior position requires minimum one year experience in the field, though fresh graduates are still encouraged to apply.

UI/UX Designer

While programmers, modelers and animators make sure the game is working as well as it can, the UI/UX designer’s job will be to make sure the game’s systems are being conveyed to players in an effective and efficient manner.

Graphic design will have to be more than a passion, as applicants will need to have practical knowledge on how to design interfaces that are both usable and attractive.

This position will require at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent

Meanwhile, applicants will also need experience in the Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with Autodesk Maya, Unity3D and Unreal are also appreciated.

Rigging Artist (Junior)

Technical artists interested in working in videogames might be interested in this position. As a rigging artist at Lemon Sky Studios, it’s your job to be the in-between of Modeling and Animation, making sure the expertly-made 3D Models can be moved properly by the animators.

The job requires knowledge of Autodesk Maya, as well as Python.

The listing requires one year of experience in CG Animation or VFX, though fresh graduates are still encouraged to apply.

Animator (Senior, Intermediate, Junior)
