Idol Fantasy announced by Square Enix

Square Enix has just announced Idol Fantasy, scheduled for a release on the Android and iOS platforms in Japan sometime in summer.

Described as an “excitement magic-casting fantasy x idol training game” Idol Fantasy gathers heroes from a world known also as “the world of swords and magic”  and casts them as idols who will make their debut in the real world. Players take on the role as producer, taking said idols to the very top.

If this sounds like your cup of tea, know that pre-registration is now open. As usual the rewards scale accordingly to the number of users that pre-register, so the more that do it, the better the prize! Despite the deluge of idol games in the market right now, it would be interesting to see where Square Enix intends to go with this.
