HoYoverse Official Merch Store

The first thing you’ll spot is the HoYoverse Official Merchandise Store, stocked with goodies from Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero, and Honkai Impact 3rd. Items include plushies, figures, acrylic stands, towels, and more—most priced similarly to the online store, but here you get them on the spot.
- Purchase limit: 5 units per item
- Freebies: Spend RM65+ for a paper bag; any purchase gives you a HoYo postcard
- Stock: Restocked daily (subject to availability)
- Entry: Based on queue sessions (e.g. 10:00 AM–11:00 AM)
Game Experience Zone
To begin your Stamp Collection Adventure, the Game Experience Zone is where it all starts! Play any of the four HoYoverse titles to earn your first stamp:
- Genshin Impact – Complete 1 act in Imaginarium Theater
- Honkai: Star Rail – Clear 1 round of Origami Bird Clash
- Zenless Zone Zero – Finish 1 Notorious Hunt
- Honkai Impact 3rd – Do 1 tutorial in Tactics Class
Once you complete a challenge, just show the crew and you’ll get your stamp. Collect all 5 to claim a HoYo FEST-themed instant photo at the Photo Booth!
Game Booths & Stamp Collection

The HoYoverse Game Booths are divided into four sections, each themed around one of their major titles—Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd, Honkai: Star Rail, and Zenless Zone Zero.
Each booth has its own set of activities, but there are some common interactions across all of them. You’ll be asked to:
-
Like, follow, and tag the official HoYoverse social media accounts
-
Show your in-game UID to receive bonus in-game rewards
One of the standout attractions is at the Genshin Impact booth, where fans can take part in a mini-game that challenges you to knock down Baby Saurians—a fun little test of your aim!
Don’t forget, visiting each game booth also lets you collect stamps for your Stamp Collection Pamphlet. Gather them all, and you’ll be able to redeem a free HoYo FEST-themed instant photo at the official Photo Booth.

It’s your chance to show off your game progress—and walk away with some cool rewards!
Artist Alley
New for this year at HoYo FEST 2025 is the Artist Alley, where you’ll find a diverse lineup of local artists, fan creators, and cosplayers, all showcasing their own HoYoverse-inspired merch, fan art, and cosplay designs. It’s a fantastic way to support the community while grabbing exclusive handmade goodies.
Stage Activities & Prizes
Even on weekdays, the stage area is packed with surprises. You might just win something for answering a simple trivia question, like “Who’s the emergency food in Genshin?” (Spoiler: It’s Paimon.)
Need a breather? There’s also a rest area nearby where you can sit, snack, and recover from your impulse shopping spree.
Overall Experience

From the ground, HoYo FEST 2025 has definitely seen improvements in some areas, especially the Game Booths and Experience Zones, which were noticeably bigger this time around. However, queueing remains a bit of a bottleneck. Some pro tips for people who are going:
- Arrive early if you’re a Fast Pass holder
- Bring a water bottle—queuing can get intense
- Prioritize the Game Experience Zone to kickstart your stamp collection
- Keep an eye on session times for the merch store
You’ll likely need to queue twice: once outside for your ticket, and again inside for the merch store or game zones. And this was just Day 1 on a Thursday—weekend crowds will be even more intense.
Still, for first-time attendees, this event lives up to the hype. Cosplayers, die-hard fans, fan art galore—this is peak HoYoverse fandom energy.
