Honor Of Kings Launches Green Activation To Promote Environmental Awareness Through Gaming

TiMi Studio Group and Level Infinite have banded together to launch their awareness campaign to unite the Honor of Kings community to become more environmentally active and aware through gaming.

As part of the Green Game Jam 2025 which was organized by the Playing For The Planet initiative supported by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), this campaign invites Honor of Kings players to unlock various rewards as well as converting their virtual victories into sustainable real life support towards forest protection projects in real time.

Online Gaming Meets Environmental Activism

The campaign event titled Protect Nature, Protect All Life will gamify educational content that has been carefully crafted by forest conservation experts. The event will run through April 22. Players must complete daily tasks in order to earn Forest Breath tokens, which will unlock four story chapters that dive deeper into forest ecosystems and educate players on 18 types of animals and plants through interactive storytelling. Even endangered species’ are explored among these types.

As players progress through their efforts, a global progress bar will be filled until it reaches 100%. From there, Honor of Kings will purchase and retire high-integrity carbon credits (selection are based on ratings from Sylvera) to support four selected conservation initiatives.

Among these four projects are:

• Katingan Peatland Restoration and Conservation Project in Indonesia
• Kuamut Rainforest Conservation Project in Malaysia
• Rimba Raya Biodiversity Reserve Project in Indonesia
• Brazilian Amazon APD Grouped Project in Brazil

Obtain A Free Legendary Skin and Honor Your Bond With Nature

A special in-game event running from April 10 until May 4 titled Match For Green, Honor of Kings players can participate in an engaging stack and match game. Once all missions are completed, daily log ins are all checked in and sharing with friends, players can earn tokens that will unlock the exclusive Legendary Skin Sakeer – Verdant Serenity. Its design fuses nature with unique animations, skills and voice lines that carefully emphasize the clear importance of rekindling humankinds bonds with nature.
