HoYoverse has announced the 6.8 version update Saha and Rebirth for Honkai Impact 3rd, featuring a new S-Rank Herrscher of Rebirth battlesuit for Seele, coming August 6th.

Herrscher of Rebirth Battlesuit

Seele’s Herrscher of Rebirth S-rank battlesuit will be a PSY-type Physical DMG dealer and she will have a combat style where she fights alongside summoned units.

This battlesuit gives Seele two forms – Soul Shaper and Life Bender, specializing in support and offense respectively.

While in Soul Shaper form, Seele can use her Ultimate to bait enemies into an area and inflicts defense reduction debuffs on them, supporting her team reliably.

Meanwhile, in Life Binder form, Seele will fight alongside her summoned companion, Flora, while swinging her scythe in close proximity.

Story & Events

On the story update, players will follow the perspective of Seele as the Herrscher of Rebirth as she reminisces her shared journey with Veliona from the days in the orphanage to the Sea of Quanta, to now in the black and white worlds.

Aside from the new main story update, a limited-time event called Chasing Light, Drinking Shadow will also be coming in this version update, bringing a bunch of in-game rewards.

The event will consist of 3 phases and players can choose which part of the black and white worlds to progress if it’s their first time.

Alongside the event, Before the Endless Dream Ends will also be coming in the 6.8 version update as the first featured event this summer.

In this event, players will explore an entirely new adventure for the Magic Girls, defeating enemies and becoming champions by utilizing different cards well.

Art Collection

Additionally, the Honkai Impact 3rd Art Collection, The Moon’s Origin and Finality will also be released in the 6.8 version update.

This new art collection will feature different characters’ concept art, outfits, bosses, and for the first time, a range of illustrations, scene concepts, and animation storyboards.

To get the new art collection, players have to be at Captain Level 81 and complete the limited-time event missions of Hot Summer Gift! Book of Memories!

The 6.8 version update for Honkai Impact 3rd will be released on iOS, Android, and PC on August 3rd, 2023.
