With this upcoming update, GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE will add a new Nikke to their unit pool, named D alongside some content update.
D is an Elysion, Wind Element, Burst Type III, SSR Attacker class Nikke wielding a Submachine Gun.
This will be a first impressions based on the newly released Nikke, and her overall performance and usability may change over time.
Having two Supporter type class Nikke’s releasing back to back, having an Attacker class certainly feels like a breath of fresh air, lets find out if she’s worth pulling for.
D-estructive Capabilities (all skills are based upon Skill level 10)
With 2 [PASSIVES] and only one [ACTIVE] much like Sakura, D’s definitely on the right track with not much micro required for her while also having a pretty strong skill set.
Her Skill 1 – Vigorous Wave, is a Passive that activates when entering Full Burst. It has two affects. When first activated, D will recover 16.5% of ATK damage as HP that lasts for 15 seconds. The Second affect is that every time she enters Full Burst, She will do “Damage as a strong element” by 46.93% while also recovering 3.52% of ATK damage as HP for 15 seconds.
Her Skill 2 – Surprise Attack which is also a Passive, activates when the target (boss) appears and Charges all her allies Burst Gauge by 98.56%, and make them immune to stun for 36.95%. This only happens once however so when the boss fight starts its recommended to simply target the boss indefinitely.
Her skill 2 also gives also D “Damage as strong element” up to 91.09% which lasts for 15 seconds.
Lastly, her Burst Skill – Chastisement, is a 40 second cooldown Active that when triggered deals up to 426.24% of ATK as damage to all enemies.
Casting her Burst Skill also affects all Attacker Allies which increases the damage dealt to a certain part of an enemy (that D is attacking) by up to 42.38% for 15 seconds.
She will also extend the duration of Full Burst by 5.04 seconds while also giving herself immunity to stun. 
D is definitely an amazing unit to have when dealing with Boss units especially the Grave Digger who has drill projectiles that stuns you, as well as individual pieces that her Burst Skill would definitely be suited for.
Her Skill 2 and Burst Skill are definitely geared to ensure your team remains laser focused in taking down the boss unit while her Skill 1 improves her overall utility by giving her life steal capabilities making her stay longer in the fight. She is well suited for major PvE content that focuses on Boss Battles only such as Union Raids and Co-Op Stages and would definitely prove useful for even general stages.
Of course, there are some Commanders out there who aren’t picky with their Nikke’s as long as they look good and fit their overall aesthetic choices.
With D, I can certainly see a few Commanders who would roll for this Nikke simply based on looks alone. Her design is very mute with only a few colours being used for her overall appearance, this plays very well with the theme that she’s a “Cold, Ruthless Assassin” and does up the cool factor for me personally.
All in all I am definitely rolling for D, she fulfils a purpose as I am currently walled on Grave Digger Interception and Tribe Tower 70 which hopefully D can see me through.
