With the recent update of Genshin Impact 3.1, they released a new region to explore, the vast Desert region of Sumeru where the Scarlet King resides.
New region means more Dendroculus. The forest region of Sumeru had a total of 110 Dendroculus, leaving us with the max level for the Dendro Statue of Seven at level 5.
For the desert region for Sumeru, it hides a total of 70 Dendroculus scattered around for you to collect in this update making the max level you can increase for the Statue to level 7.
The exploration for the desert region is mostly locked behind the Sand Slate, an item you obtained from the desert region’s world quest which means barring you access from several Dendroculus unless you progress the quest.
This guide will separate the locations for the Dendroculus based on your progression for the world quest.
Without Sand Slate
The following locations of the Dendroculus are all reachable as soon as you open the desert region and without the need of the Sand Slate.

You can start this quest by talking to Afratu at northwest from the Statue at Valley of Dahri

Post Golden Slumber World Quest
Golden Slumber world quest can be triggered by going to Aaru Village and talk to Bonifaz.
Progressing the world quest will give you the Sand Slate and unlocks a few areas in Sumeru for you to explore.

Old Notes and New Friends world quest can be triggered by returning to the Statue of Seven at Aaru Village after a whole day has passed (real world time) after completing the Golden Slumber Quest.
Progressing the quest will increase the clearance level of your Sand Slate and in turn, fully unlocking the areas in Sumeru for you to explore.
