Round 3 of the 2026 Gran Turismo World Series is coming to Singapore, with the Sands Theatre at the Marina Bay Sands confirmed as the venue. The event takes place on Saturday, October 3, 2026, and tickets are now on sale. This marks the first time the Gran Turismo World Series has come to Southeast Asia.
The event is held in partnership with the Singapore Tourism Board and is part of Grand Prix Season Singapore, which runs from October 2 to 11. It falls in the lead-up to the Singapore Formula 1 race.
For competitors in the Manufacturers Cup and Nations Cup, Round 3 in Singapore is the final opportunity to earn points before the World Finals, which takes place in Tokyo in early December 2026. A single ticket covers all three events on the day, including both cup competitions.

Alongside the main World Series races, a Singapore Regional Time Trial Challenge will be held inside Gran Turismo 7 during August. Players from Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, South Korea, Malaysia, and Indonesia are eligible to join. Terms and conditions will be posted on Gran-Turismo.com when available.
The six fastest competitors from Singapore, along with the fastest racer from each of the other participating territories, will be invited to compete on stage in a special support race called the Singapore Regional Gran Turismo Cup.
Gran Turismo Series Producer Kazunori Yamauchi spoke about the regional competition: “The regional Time Trial is an opportunity for us to discover talented drivers from the region and give them a chance to race on stage in front of a live audience and maybe that experience will give them the confidence to make it into the Gran Turismo World Series in future.”

Lilian Chee, Director of Sports at the Singapore Tourism Board, commented on the announcement: “As an elite sim racing tournament, the highly regarded Gran Turismo World Series reinforces Singapore’s position as a premier destination for world-class sporting and entertainment events. We look forward to the energy and excitement that Round 3 will bring to our city as the penultimate round, adding further vibrancy to this year’s Grand Prix Season Singapore.”
