Ahead of its release this 1 September, Genshin Impact has revealed the upcoming and near future events for version 2.1.

From 19 to 26 September 2021, 03:59 server time will be the Spectral Secrets event:

• Requires Adventure Rank 30 or above
• Complete the Archon Quest “Ritou Escape Plan” and the “Floating Spirits — The Investigation Begins” quest given by Inazuma’s Katheryne
• Complete various expeditions that refresh daily. Supporting characters from a friend’s Character Showcase increase the chance of obtaining additional rewards

From 2 to 13 September 2021, 03:59 server time, the Hyakunin Ikki fighting tournament will commence:

• Requires Adventure Rank 30 or above
• Complete the Archon Quest “Ritou Escape Plan”
• In tag teams of two characters, complete six challenges with trial characters or your own
• Each tag team up to 2 event-exclusive Garyuu Art, providing buffs
• Defeat opponents to score points within a limited time, and obtain high scores to obtain various rewards
• Cannot be started in Co-op mode
• Elemental Resonance, food or other items can be used

From 10 to 20 September 2021, 03:59 server time, the Lunar Realm fishing event will begin:

• Requires Adventure Rank 30 or above
• Complete the Archon Quest “Ritou Escape Plan”, unlock the Serenitea Pot System, and complete the “Exploding Population” quest given by Mondstadt’s Nantuck
• Seven total missions at various times and locations

From 27 September to 5 October 2021, 04:00, the Moonlight Merriment event will be available:

• Requires Adventure Rank 28 or above
• Complete the Archon Quest “Chapter I: Act III – A New Star Approaches” and “Trulla Chapter: Act I – Mondstadt Gastronomy Trip”
• Four phases

Archon Quest, Chapter II: Act III – Omnipresence Over Mortals, will be permanently available with version 2.1.

Last but not least,

• Passage of Cloud and Stars login event, for up to 10 Intertwined Fate and more rewards
• Unforged and Engulfing Lightning Weapon Wish event
• New Character Wish
  • 5-star: Raiden Shogun, Electro Polearm
  • 4-star: Kujou Sara, Electro Bow
