Genshin Impact has announced its next seasonal event, the Kaboomball Kombat Dodofortress Challenge! Obtain Enigma Gears to exchange for Primogems, Event Namecard “Celebration: Kaboomball”, Character EXP Materials, and Mora.
The Dodofortress Challenge will be available in Genshin Impact from 2 July, 10:00 to 12 July 03:49 server time. You will need to be Adventure Rank 21 or above to be eligible. Find the Dodofortresses on the islands, using the Dodoguard to reflect Kaboomballs to defeat them. Defeat as many of the Dodofortresses within the time limit to earn the highest score.
Shazamfruits with different effects may appear to grant buffs. A new challenge stage will open on Days 1, 3, and 5 of the event for three total stages. The challenges can be completed in single player or co-op in a two player team. Dodofortresses will build up a Fury meter that once full, will increase its fire rate and chances of special Kaboomballs in its Fury Faze mode. The Dodofortresses may generate shields that you need to break with Perfect Returns, when you reflect the balls with perfect timing. Perfect Returns will also deal more damage compared to normal reflects.
