Plumeria: Lewd Dream is an original character in Fire Emblem Heroes that appears in Book IV in the game’s story mode. She is now summon-able as A Mythic Hero with Astra Blessing, she is also a Red Flier Dancer unit.
This is her featured skillset:
Weapon: Flower of Plenty (Mt: 14, Rng: 2)
Grants Res+3. Grants Atk/Res +3 to allies within 5 rows and 3 columns centered on unit during combat.
Assist: Sweet Dreams
Grants another action to target ally and grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res +3 to target ally for 1 turn. Inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res -4 on nearest foes within 4 spaces of target ally through foe’s next action. (Cannot target an ally with Sing or Dance. This skill threated as Sing or Dance.)
Slot A: Atk/Res Push 4
At start of combat, if unit’s HP ≥ 25%, grants Atk/Res +7 but after combat, if unit attacked, deals 5 damage to unit.
Slot B: Sabogate Spd 3
At start of turn, if any foe’s Res ≤ unit’s Res -3 and that foe is adjacent to another foe, inflicts Spd-7 on that foe through its next action.
Slot C: Atk/Res Rein 3
Inflicts Atk/Res -4 on foes within 2 spaces during combat.
Plumeria is here to bless us during the Astra season as a support Mythic hero by filling up the role of a buffer dancer unit. Her skillset is pretty decent but her saving grace comes from the combination of Weapon and Assist skill by effectively buffing up the stats of all of your allied units.
