NetEase Games’ doomsday survival game, LifeAfter, will be releasing its latest map, featuring the titular volcano, on 28 May. Levin City is facing a new looming crisis, with unusual weather recently assaulting this post-apocalyptic world. A volcano is on the verge of erupting, forcing survivors to flee their homes. Will they be able to fight their way to a brighter future, or be stuck in eternal flames?

The world is experiencing abnormally high temperatures, reduced crop yields, unexplained animal deaths, and the spread of an unknown fog. The Federation is calling on all survivors to come together and travel the lands to investigate and trace the cause of the weather anomalies. Continuous burning fires in various areas have been disrupting their plans, however. Are the burning infected a sign of the looming crisis?

As the investigation proceeds, every choice made by survivors will directly impact the destiny of humanity in the face of major upheaval. Will you be joining forces with Scientia? Will you stay in Levin City, or leave? Will you be focusing on finding your missing companions, or refocus on responding to the disaster? These choices will need your immediate responses! Will you find hidden dangers, or that ray of hope? It will be up to you to find out.
