The final Year 3 seasonal event for For Honor is here in Zhanhu’s Gambit. This event will be playable until 2 January across all available platforms. Delve into the journey of Sun Da and his role in the conflict between the Wu Lin and the Blackstone Legion. This limited-time game mode will have various customization items and rewards themed around the event, including orders, arcade quest, outfits, weapons, effects, emotes and ornaments.
Relive the escape of the Wu Lin Emperor from the Blackstone Legion in the aftermath of their conflict at Qiang’s Pass in this new limited-time game mode in the Emperor’s Escape event. The four-player PvE mode will see players escorting the Emperor and protecting him from hordes of enemies to secure his escape. Players will need to capture zones to move across the map.
With every captured zone, the Emperor progresses there, unlocking a new one for capture. Increasingly stronger assailants will be doing their best to stop players, including “cursed” enemies with special modifiers. You’ll be needing teamwork and skill to keep the Emperor alive until you reach and defeat the Blackstone commander.
The Zhanhu’s Gambit Bundle will be available to purchase at 45,000 Steel per Hero until January 6. Items such as outfits, emotes, effects and ornaments will be included. Following three years of continuous improvements, For Honor has confirmed the continuing growth of the game, with a fourth year of support in 2020. Year 4 is titled ‘Year of the Reckoning’, bringing an additional year’s worth of free content to the game which includes four new Seasons, two new Heroes and new armor sets.
