FromSoftware has announced during Sony’s State of Play presentation The Forsaken Hollows, a new DLC expansion for Elden Ring Nightreign that will launch on December 4 for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
The DLC adds two new playable characters to the roster:
Scholar – An academic character with high arcane abilities who gains benefits from observing the battlefield during combat.
Undertaker – An abbess with strong strength and faith stats who eliminates enemies efficiently.
Players will also encounter two new boss challenges in the expansion. One of these takes place in The Great Hollow, a large underground area in Limveld filled with ancient ruins, temples, sacred towers, and crystals that drain life from players.

Elden Ring Nightreign players who purchase The Forsaken Hollows DLC before its December 4 release date will receive a digital artbook and mini soundtrack as downloadable bonuses. The developers thanked players for their support since the game’s May release and encouraged fans to watch the latest trailer showing the new content.
Elden Ring Nightreign is a co-op action survival game based on Elden Ring where up to three players team up to face dangerous enemies across a three-day expedition. Players choose from different characters and work together to strengthen their abilities before battling a Nightlord as night approaches.

Since the game launched in late May, it has received multiple updates including new Everdark Sovereigns bosses and a harder difficulty mode called Deep of Night.
