Elden Ring fans are freaking out over a visible horse penis in the gameplay previews for Elden Ring, used by none other than the Tarnished’s horse Torrent.

It’s been a running gag that the Elden Ring community has always been chomping at the bit for any scrap of information about Hidetaka Miyazaki’s next big RPG- just before the most recent Closed Beta, a simple clip of the player character’s jump and weapon stance was enough to set the subreddit ablaze.

This time, however, the community is having a good laugh over promotional photos showing the jumping you can do with your horse – which clearly shows Torrent enjoying the game’s wide open gameplay as much as the fans are.

Over on reddit, fans are having the time of their lives slipping in their own jokes about Torrent’s own Holy Moonlight Greatsword.

“It’s soft and flops in the wind while exploring the world and will stiffen up in combat due to the the excitement of death. You get the best of both wangs.”, says redditor Quasidilla.

“Hopefully this is patched. I want a flopper”, writes Trick_Inevitable6043.

It should be noted that any kind of Horse penis is notably absent from promotional art for Elden Ring. Or maybe Torrent had a long day at work and just wasn’t feeling it, we’ll never know.

Horse features are a quintessential feature of open world games- Red Dead Redemption 2 made a big deal out of its shrinking horse testicles, while Metal Gear Solid V had horses that would poop in real time.
