Light novel and TV anime series Is it Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?, better known in its Japanese language shorthand DanMachi, was given the mobile game treatment in June 2017 as a turn-based RPG. DanMachi Memoria Freese, as the game is known, will be getting an English localisation for regions outside of Japan, something you don’t see that often for games like these.
Originally developed by Wright Flyer Studios, the localised version of DanMachi Memoria Freese will be developed and managed by GREE with localisation support from Sumitomo. No firm release date was provided, although it is estimated to be available early 2018.
Danmachi tells the story of a certain Bell Cranel, an adventurer who fights in the dungeon in order to be a suitor worthy of his crush Aiz Wallenstein, but along the way he discovers that there is more to life than that.
