Details about the game remain unknown. The company has not shared any information about the genre or what the game will focus on. The announcement time of 20:09 JST—specifically starting at 9 minutes after the hour—may hold some significance, though no explanation has been provided.
CyberConnect2 has built its reputation largely through games based on popular anime series. The studio developed the .hack// JRPG series and created arena fighters including Naruto: Ultimate Ninja games and The Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles. The team also worked with Bandai Namco on Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot.

The developer’s original titles include Tail Concerto for PlayStation 1, Solatorobo: Red the Hunter for Nintendo DS, and the recent Fuga: Melodies of Steel. These original games share a common feature—all of them star anthropomorphic animal characters. More information will be available when CyberConnect2 makes its announcement on February 16.
