Blizzard Entertainment has announced that their annual convention BlizzCon will be returning on the 3rd and 4th of November 2023.

As with previous Blizzard conventions, BlizzCon 2023 will take place at the Anaheim Convention Center in California, USA. Hotel Blocks are now available for those that wish to book accommodation.

“Our players are at the heart of what makes BlizzCon great–a place where games are the common ground for connection and friendship,” Blizzard writes on their official website. “Whether you’re coming to hang out with friends you only ever get to see online, celebrating epic moments in the games we love, exploring what’s on offer in the convention center halls, or eager to learn what’s next for our universes,  BlizzCon is being created for you. It’s the community that has always made this event so special, and we can’t wait to see you all again”.

This will be the first in-person Blizzcon since 2019 with the con being postponed in recent years due to the Covid-19 pandemic. A smaller virtual Blizzcon event however was held in February of 2021 which revealed Diablo II: Resurrected and The Remastered version of the World of Warcraft Classic: The Burning Crusade Expansion.

Blizzard’s latest game Diablo IV will launch for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on June 6th, 2023.
