Banpresto, the company who developed the Super Robot Wars series is now officially gone. Bandai Namco’s toy and hobby subsidiary, Bandai Spirits has completely taken over all rights and duties from the company as revealed on an announcement published on Kanpō.
Banpresto is a genuinely well-known developer company among Asia and Japan players. Other than the famous Super Robot Wars series, the company also brought us plenty of hit titles including Ar tonelico (PS2) and Ultraman Fighting Evolution. The company became a subsidiary of Bandai Namco since 2006. A few years passed by, and now it has fully dissolved with Bandai Namco.
