Bandai Namco shows off the Tales of the Rays OP

Bandai Namco has just published the opening movie for Tales of the Rays, its upcoming Tales game which is coming to the mobile platforms.

Japan-based animation studio Wit Studio produced the clip, which features a theme song “New Wall” written by Alexandros. Due to be released as a free-to-play game with in-app purchases, the “follow the power of truth RPG,” features an original story with original characters Ickx and Mileena.

Fans of the series should know the combat system by now

Along the way, you will meet and recruit characters from past Tales games such as Yuri and Repede from Tales of Vesperia as well as Luke fon Fabre from Tales of the Abyss. Instead of an entirely new battle system, the game will feature the Linear Motion Battle system found in the more recent games. Traverse the expansive game world, as you explore dungeons and take on threats along the way.
