Bandai Namco Shanghai of China has just announced via social media that it is currently working with local studio Momo Game on a new mobile title, which roughly translates to Digimon: Encounter.
Digimon: Encounter will feature over 200 Digimons, of which you will assemble to engage real-time co-op PVP. Of course, being a Digimon title, there will be the obligatory housing system, pet rearing functions, fishing, hatching, and many more social gameplay features.
Bandai Namco did not disclose a launch date at this juncture nor did it go into detail what the gameplay would be like. The teaser images do however give us an inkling as to what to expect from the full release, although you can expect further details to trickle in down the line. Stay tuned as we bring you the latest.
