Japanese electronics company AVIOT has started taking pre-orders for special edition true wireless earbuds based on the popular anime The Apothecary Diaries. The new earbuds, called TE-Q3-KSR, are a collaboration between AVIOT and the anime series.
The collaboration earbuds are based on AVIOT’s TE-Q3 model, which is part of their Q Series. The Q Series has been successful, with about 320,000 units sold so far. The TE-Q3 is described as one of the smallest active noise canceling earbuds available, but it still offers long battery life – up to 11.5 hours of use on one charge, and up to 42 hours when using the charging case.

The earbuds use 10mm drivers for sound quality and have ear tips made from medical-grade silicone that is gentle on skin. AVIOT says the TE-Q3 balances good design, easy use, and quality sound.
Special Features and Design
The collaboration earbuds include 76 new voice recordings from the anime’s main characters, Maomao and Jinshi. These voices give users instructions for powering on and connecting the earbuds. There’s also a random voice feature that plays quotes from the anime. Users can choose between three modes: Maomao mode, Jinshi mode, or a combined mode where both characters talk to each other, similar to scenes from the anime.

The earbuds and charging case use an olive green and gold color scheme meant to look premium and includes a logo inspired by medicinal herbs, which fits with The Apothecary Diaries theme. The earbuds have a multi-layer coating and rubber finish for both style and practical daily use.
The packaging also features designs from the anime and includes foil-stamped logos. Inside the box is new artwork showing Maomao and Jinshi relaxing un der a tree. The earbuds also have special sound tuning designed to work well with The Apothecary Diaries soundtrack.
