As revealed on the Japanese “Spring Special” livestream, the previously announced collaboration between Arknights and Seiko watches have had their designs and prices revealed! There are four designs, based off the Doctor player character, Exusiai, SilverAsh and Amiya. There are actually some design notes given regarding the choices they’ve made for the watches, if you understand Japanese.

DOCTOR: ¥52,800

EXUSIAI: ¥42,900

SILVERASH: ¥36,300

AMIYA: ¥44,000

Pre-orders will be available from 23 April 2021, 12:00 JST onwards via the product site here. At time of writing, the site is still closed, so check back later to gawk at the prices. The pre-order period will run until 1 June 2021, 23:59 JST. The estimated delivery period will be December 2021. One wonders if should the line prove successful, they would also release models based on other characters as that’s certainly nothing unusual for highly popular franchises.

This isn’t Seiko’s first rodeo with game / anime collaborations, having previously also designed products for a large range of other properties including Naruto, Haikyuu!!, Detective Conan, Fate/Grand Order and Street Fighter V, and none of them have been especially wallet friendly either.

Well, if you are flush and have money to spare, feel free to get one of these Arknights watches and flex that Seiko brand.
