Apple has revealed the new iPad Pro and 14-inch MacBook Pro, both powered by the M5 chip. These devices mark a major leap in AI performance, graphics, and energy efficiency.
The New iPad Pro: The Most Advanced iPad Yet

The iPad Pro with M5 redefines what a tablet can do. It delivers up to 3.5x faster AI performance than before. Each GPU core now includes a Neural Accelerator, boosting creative and productivity tasks such as AI image generation in Draw Things and video masking in DaVinci Resolve.
The tablet also comes with a C1X modem and N1 wireless chip, enabling Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, and 50% faster cellular speeds. Users can stay connected anywhere with ease.
A new Ultra Retina XDR display featuring tandem OLED technology offers unmatched brightness and contrast. The 13-inch model is just 5.1 mm thin, making it the slimmest iPad ever.

Powered by iPadOS 26, the iPad Pro gains a refined design, better multitasking tools, and built-in Apple Intelligence. These upgrades turn it into a portable creative powerhouse.
Apple also introduced new accessories: the Apple Pencil Pro with haptic feedback and squeeze gestures, and the redesigned Magic Keyboard with an aluminium palm rest and function row. The iPad Pro is available in 11-inch and 13-inch models, in space black and silver, starting at RM4,499.
The 14-Inch MacBook Pro: Power Meets Portability

The 14-inch MacBook Pro with M5 pushes AI computing on Mac to new heights. Its 10-core GPU and 16-core Neural Engine deliver up to 3.5x faster AI performance and 1.6x faster graphics than before.
This machine handles demanding tasks with ease — from 4K video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro to 3D rendering in Blender. It also lasts up to 24 hours on a single charge.

With macOS Tahoe, users get a refreshed interface, smarter multitasking, and enhanced Apple Intelligence for writing, translation, and workflow automation. All AI processing happens privately on the device.
The M5 MacBook Pro also includes faster SSD storage, a 1600-nit Liquid Retina XDR display, and an upgraded six-speaker system with Spatial Audio. It starts at RM6,999 and comes in space black and silver, offering up to 4TB storage and 16GB memory by default.
Smarter, Greener, and More Capable

Both devices support Apple’s 2030 carbon-neutral plan. They use recycled aluminium, rare earth materials, and fibre-based packaging. With the M5 chip leading the way, Apple sets a new standard for AI-driven computing — faster, smarter, and more efficient than ever before.
The new iPad Pro and 14-inch MacBook Pro will be available soon at apple.com/my/store, through the Apple Store app, and authorised Apple retailers. For more details on each product, read more on Apple Newsroom here for iPad Pro with M5 and here for MacBook Pro with M5.
