You need to complete the timed challenges to unlock the Electro monuments to interact with.

There’s not really an “easy” way to complete this one. You need to try and hope you can tag the correct Thunder Sphere to get enough height to launch you and reach the particles. Rewards a Precious Chest.

DEFEAT 2 THUNDERHELM LAWACHURL IN 80 SECONDS

Bring the DPS. Rewards an Exquisite Chest.

BLOW UP 6 EXPLODING BARREL(S) WITHIN 120 SECONDS

The easy way is just to bring an archer and aim for the barrels on the floating platforms. Rewards a Common Chest.

Return to the monuments, activate them with Electro, and the domain will rise from the ground. You will also get the Moshiri Kiara achievement for unlocking the domain.
