You’ll be expected to perform the full spectrum of HR functions, liaise with necessary agencies as well as administration. Good record keeping will be a necessity for this position as you might expect, when handling people both inside and outside of the company. Having an excellent command of English and Mandarin – both spoken and written – will be needed to further facilitate communication. Finding the right fit is simply one aspect of your job.
