Mega Miracle Force will shut down its servers 27 May 2021, according to the announcement provided on its official website. It managed to survive just over two years since its original launch in Japan on 1 February 2019, without releasing globally. The game was meant to celebrate 25 years of Idea Factory’s and Compile Heart’s work, a crossover set in the world of the Hyperdimension, where the Neptunia series takes place.

Sales of in-app items have since been ceased and players can apply for refunds of their remaining paid currency. With its shut down, Mega Miracle Force will be giving out daily 11-pull gacha where all limited characters – excluding collaboration exclusives – will be obtainable until the servers shut down. The same applies to events, with all stories available sans collaboration events. The in-game shop will allow you to exchange for a variety of items, including unlimited gacha tickets where applicable.

There’ll be one more “Challenge Panel” for May you’ll be able to complete for rewards as well. Several other battle events are also open should you wish to download the game to give it a shot. The game will still be available for download until 28 July, presumably for the benefit of players who are requesting refunds for in-app purchases.
