One of the hardest action platformers on the NES returns over 35 years later with Ghosts N Goblins Resurrection, coming to Nintendo Switch.

The game releases February 25th, 2021 on Nintendo Switch and features a new storybook look for the classic game. You’ll play as Arthur, who travels through the Demon world to save the Princess.

While the game will still retain its classic difficulty, it also includes new difficulty settings to control your experience. An especially nice touch is the new Page mode, which allows you to respawn on the spot indefinitely.

However, the game is also adding a Legend mode, which Capcom warns is for only the most hardened veterans.

“The Legend path is there for those with the grit to endure the punishing difficulty the series is known for” they said.

The game will feature locales familiar to fans of the franchise, such as the zombie graveyard. It’ll also add new features, such as magic spells Arthur can use as well as new weapons for like a spiked ball.

On top of that, classic enemies like Firebrand will be making a return, so you can relive the fight between Arthur and Firebrand without buying a copy of Marvel Vs Capcom Infinite.
