After almost a decade of hiatus, the cover for the upcoming Haruhi Suzumiya novel has been revealed. The Intuition of Haruhi Suzumiya will release November 25th.

The cover for the book features art by Noizi Ito, long-time series illustrator. The book itself is written by Nagaru Tanigawa.

Additionally, The novel will release digitally on November 25th, with publisher Yen Press preparing an English release for the same day. Physical copies will be available in English at a later date.

As for the contents of the book, it compiles three stories. Two of these were previously published elsewhere, while the last one is new and exclusive to the book. The two stories are Nana Fushigi Overtime (Seven Wonders Overtime), and Atezuppo Numbers (Guesswork Numbers).

Tsuraya No Chōsen (Tsuraya’s Challenge) is the new story included in the book. Overall, the novel will be 250 pages.

This is the first new novel in the Haruhi Suzumiya series in almost 10 years. In that time, the series has skyrocketed in popularity, becoming one of the biggest anime of its era. Netflix made both seasons of the anime available on the platform last year. With the new influx of Haruhi fans, it makes you wonder if the timing was coincidental.
