Nintendo has announced that Dr. Mario World will officially launch on 10 July 2019 for Android and iOS. It will be playable in multiple languages at launch, including Japanese and English.

Dr. Mario World is a free-to-play puzzle game that we first mentioned a few months ago. In this game, you need to match capsules of varying colors to viruses of the same color to remove them. There are supposedly hundreds of stages you can play and more will be added later so you’ll be able to enjoy it for the long term.

You will get to play as different characters from the Mario series, who each have a unique skill that can be activated in-game. So far, we know that you can choose Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Bowser, Yoshi, and Toad.

There will be some in-app purchases as well, namely diamonds that will let you continue a stage, get items, or refill your stamina.
