The game follows Reila Mikazuchi, a character described as a killing machine coming out of depression and trying to rebuild her life. The story centers on her path back through the only work she knows, with the game raising the question of whether her greatest enemy is truly the one in her sights.
At the heart of the gameplay is what Sukeban Games calls the “Active Time Action” battle system. It focuses on positioning and chaining skills together, and is designed to work for both players who want a challenge and those who prefer a more relaxed approach.

The full game will include seven stages, each hand-crafted with their own encounters, dialogue, and puzzles. The visual style leans into lo-fi aesthetics to match the cyberpunk setting, and the studio highlights a storyline built to keep players engaged throughout. 45 PARABELLUM BLOODHOUND is currently listed on Steam for PC.
