Dragon Quest Smash/Grow Is Now Live, Bringing Free Pulls and Launch Rewards

Square Enix has officially launched Dragon Quest Smash/Grow, a roguelite RPG for smartphones and the newest game in the long-running Dragon Quest series. Dragon Quest Smash/Grow is now live, and a range of launch celebration rewards are ready for players who jump in.

Players who start the game early will receive 10 Premium Transmuter Vouchers, which can be used for 10 Premium Transmuter pulls. This reward is available until Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 2:59 p.m. UTC.

On top of that, a special login bonus tied to the launch offers up to 1,000 Gems in total. Players can also earn Release Celebration Tokens by playing certain parts of the game, including the main story and Shrines. These tokens can then be swapped for various in-game items. Both the login bonus and the Token Swap Shop will be available from Tuesday, April 21 at 3:00 a.m. UTC through Tuesday, May 5 at 2:59 a.m. UTC.

Completing the tutorial gives players a guaranteed three-star Weapon Transmuter Voucher, which works in a re-rollable Transmuter. This means players can keep pulling until they land the weapon they want.

Square Enix also launched a Web Store for the game, offering exclusive Gem Packs and Web Coins that can be traded for items. A pre-registration campaign tied to the Web Store hit its goal of 6,000 reposts and likes, so players can now claim an additional 10 Premium Transmuter Vouchers directly from the store. Combined with the early start bonus, that adds up to 20 Premium Transmuter pulls total.
