The Japanese mobile strategy RPG WAR OF THE VISIONS FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS will be ending its service on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The announcement was made by the game’s management team on March 26. The game first launched in Japan on November 14, 2019, making its run just over six years. In their statement, the team cited difficulty in continuing to deliver a service that meets the expectations of its players as the reason for the decision.

Starting March 26, 2026 at 3:00 PM, sales of Vision Stones which is the game’s premium currency have already been suspended. However, any Vision Stones players currently hold can still be used right up until the service ends. In-game events will also continue to receive updates all the way until the shutdown date.
Players who still have unused paid in-game currency (specifically paid-issue Visiore) will be eligible for a refund after the service ends. The refund will be handled in line with Article 20, Paragraph 1 of the Payment Services Act. Further details on how to claim refunds will be shared later through the game itself and the official website.

Importantly, players are informed not to delete or reinstall the app, and to avoid switching devices until the refund process is fully completed, as account data verification will be required. WAR OF THE VISIONS FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS players on Android via Google Play should be aware that exchanging Google Play Points for free Vision Stones will no longer be possible after April 30, 2026. Additionally, any Google Play Points already exchanged for Vision Stones cannot be converted back.
