Stranger Things fans converged at Daily Dose Coffee in Bangunan Getah Asli, Kuala Lumpur, for One Last Adventure, a special experiential event celebrating the final season of the hit Netflix series. Held from 28 to 30 November between 6 PM and 11 PM, the event transformed the venue into a mini Hawkins, complete with themed trishaws, arcade stations, food stalls and photo zones. Although the signature Stranger Rides attraction was cancelled due to heavy rain, the night still delivered an energetic and memorable experience for fans.
Stranger Rides Cancellation Didn’t Stop the Fun

The centrepiece of One Last Adventure was meant to be Stranger Rides — a unique trishaw experience designed to take visitors on a short but atmospheric journey inspired by the Stranger Things universe. Pre-event slots were fully booked, with limited walk-in opportunities available. However, the weather forced organisers to call off the actual rides.
Even so, fans continued to fill the venue, and the excitement remained high. The Stranger Rides trishaw showcase stayed open, letting visitors sit on the themed trishaws and pose for photos. With neon details, Hawkins-inspired decorations and recognisable show elements integrated into the designs, the trishaws still managed to be one of the highlights of the night.
Nostalgia-Filled Mini Games and Exclusive Merchandise

Beyond the trishaw attraction, One Last Adventure offered multiple activities that channelled the nostalgia of Stranger Things. Retro arcade machines were available for fans to play, reflecting the 80s aesthetic of the series. The Demogorgon Puzzle zone was part of the event lineup as well, though the rain prevented it from operating during this session.

Another fan favourite was the activity passport. Visitors could earn stamps by participating in the stations, eventually redeeming an exclusive Stranger Things goodies bag — a sleek black event-exclusive item that many attendees were eager to collect. To round off the evening atmosphere, food trucks served pizza and cendol, giving the crowd both comfort and variety as they explored the space.
A Rooftop Photo Spot With a KLCC Backdrop
One of the most Instagram-worthy parts of the event was the rooftop photo point. With the Kuala Lumpur skyline and KLCC brightly visible in the background, fans lined up to capture their Stranger Things moments with a cinematic cityscape behind them. The combination of themed setups and an iconic local backdrop made it a must-visit location within the venue.
Rain or Shine, One Last Adventure Delivered

Even with the cancellation of Stranger Rides, One Last Adventure succeeded in giving fans a night filled with shared excitement, nostalgia and Stranger Things charm. The combination of themed attractions, interactive activities, food stalls and photo opportunities ensured that the atmosphere stayed lively from start to finish.
As the series approaches its final chapter, events like this offer fans a chance to come together, celebrate the story’s legacy and enjoy one last journey into the world of Hawkins — right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
