Anime Festival Asia Singapore 2025 is set to take over Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre from 28 – 30 November 2025. The excitement is already building as SOZO, organisers of the long-running ACG convention, revealed the first wave of artistes for the I Love Anisong Music Festival.

Among the highlights, SPYAIR returns to Singapore with their refreshed lineup, while May’n celebrates her 20th anniversary with another powerful performance. Fans can also look forward to debut appearances from asmi, HIMEHINA, Isekaijoucho, NOMELON NOLEMON, and Shouta Aoi, alongside returning acts like Wednesday Campanella.

More Than Just Concerts

Beyond the evening concerts, AFASG25 promises a full weekend of experiences. Visitors can explore Akiba Town’s exhibition hall for showcases, merchandise, and activities. They can also catch live talk shows and exclusive Day Stage sessions, or meet invited guests through ticketed Meet & Greets featuring Q&A, photos, and autographs.

The Creators Hub will return with a curated lineup of international artists. Meanwhile, the Cosplay Hub will host some of the region’s most popular cosplayers—many appearing in Singapore for the first time. As a result, attendees will experience a mix of music, art, and cosplay all under one roof.

Three Nights of Anisong

The I Love Anisong Music Festival, presented by Crunchyroll, will run across all three nights of AFASG25. Over 10 artistes and groups will perform, mixing returning favourites with exciting debuts.

Furthermore, fans can expect rock, pop, idol music, and even virtual performances. This variety ensures a celebration that caters to every taste, making each concert night a unique and unmissable experience.

Artiste Spotlights

asmi

A rising pop icon, asmi’s soulful voice has carried several anime openings and endings, quickly becoming a staple in anisong playlists. Additionally, her viral tracks and collaborations make her one of the most recognizable young voices in Japanese pop culture today.

HIMEHINA

This popular virtual duo blends cutting-edge technology with musical artistry, amassing over 500 million YouTube views. Their emotional performances and dynamic stage presence have also set new standards for virtual idols worldwide.

Isekaijoucho

Known for her hauntingly beautiful voice, Isekaijoucho combines music, art, and narrative storytelling into a unique creative identity. Moreover, her dark and atmospheric performances often blur the line between traditional anisong and experimental soundscapes.

May’n

Marking her 20th anniversary in 2025, May’n continues to shine as one of anisong’s most versatile and enduring stars. From powerful rock ballads to emotional pop hits, her global fanbase also celebrates her as a true genre-spanning artist.

NOMELON NOLEMON

The group gained traction through anime tie-ins such as Rurouni Kenshin and Mobile Suit Gundam, earning recognition across anime and music circles alike. Their energetic sound and innovative style further signal their rise as a new powerhouse in JPOP.

Shouta Aoi

Renowned as both a singer and a voice actor, Shouta Aoi’s angelic voice and versatile range have won him dedicated fans. Whether on stage or behind an anime character, he consistently captivates audiences with both charm and emotion.

SPYAIR

A longtime favorite of anime fans, SPYAIR has produced iconic themes for BLEACH, Gintama, Haikyuu!!, and Mobile Suit Gundam. Now performing with their refreshed lineup, the band brings renewed energy and passion to the anisong stage.

Wednesday Campanella

An experimental JPOP group known for their genre-defying sound, Wednesday Campanella fuses electronic beats with storytelling lyrics. In addition, their latest track, Summertime Ghost, featured in Kowloon Generic Romance, showcases their evolving artistry.
