The Elder Scrolls Online’s newest dungeon pack, Feast of Shadows from update 47 is now available for PC and Mac. It is included in the ESO 2025 Content Pass. Console players on Xbox and PlayStation will gain access starting September 3, 2025.

This release introduces two new four-player dungeons, Black Gem Foundry and Naj-Caldeesh, located on the island of Solstice. Each dungeon expands the Seasons of the Worm Cult saga and continues the story with new PvE challenges. Players will battle necromancers, take on powerful bosses, and stop soul-stealing manufactories. These events build toward the server-wide Writhing Wall Event coming later this year.

Update 47 Brings Mount Swimming and More

Alongside Feast of Shadows, Update 47 launches today as a free base-game patch for everyone. The highlight is the long-awaited Mount Swimming feature, which lets adventurers stay mounted while traveling through water.

The update also brings several quality-of-life improvements. Players now gain Stackable Survey Reports, preventing surveys from filling up inventories. They can also replay quest dialog, enjoy compass upgrades, and experience other helpful changes.

Access and Membership Benefits

The Feast of Shadows dungeon pack is available with an ESO Plus membership, the 2025 Content Pass, or the 2025 Premium Edition. Players without these options can purchase the pack separately from the in-game Crown Store.
